500 × 250 NASA Says PDO Switched to Cold Phase

NASA JPL tells us the PDO switched. The current cold is not due solely to La Nina.

According to Josh Willis, JPL oceanographer and climate scientist, says:

“These natural climate phenomena can sometimes hide global warming caused by human activities. Or they can have the opposite effect of accentuating it.”

    I am physicists and I have been working about meteorological event and solar activity in Turkish State meteorological Service.
    This web page is very useful for me because of needing to a lot of information. It is important your point of view that clear some hit event.
    I woul like to explain me different between PDO equation with periodogram method (fft).
    Also, I need FFt spectral analysis or periodogram method and its fortran sources program (fortran 77 or fortran 90). Could you help me about this topic.
