Looking at voting districts we are all carved up. I suspect our votes have never been considered "safe". Mind you, this is not really a wild town. The corner of College/Yackley and Maple is occupied by a) North east: A convent. b) South east: A monestary c) South west: Benedictine University ( a Catholic University) d) Benet Academy: ( A Catholic Highschool.) But this still makes us not quite like the other towns in DuPage. Wheaton College in Wheaton recently decided to permit it's students to .. ... you'll never believe this.... it's shocking.... DANCE! So, you can see how our permitting beer vendors to sell right next to the lemonade, brats, corn dogs etc. is just <b>wild!</b> We’re between Downers Grove and Naperville.
