Hi Lucia,
I am very sorry for the troubles you have been experiencing, I took a
look at your account and I see that you were moved recently to a new
server. When your webserver was changed you were assigned a new mysql
server, unfortunately your databases did not get moved to this new mysql
server at that time. This is likely why you have been experiencing these
issues with mysql, we have manually moved these databases over now for
you to this new mysql server. Everything should be up and running
correctly again now. I took a look at your domains and everything looks
good right now. […] I am very
