On Friday evening, Jim and his brother’s are also hosting a gathering at The Moose in Downers Grove where we will be running slides of Jim’s fathers life and displaying numerous family albums. I’ve been busy scanning photos. <\/p>\n

I know many of you have heard me mention The Moose from time to time. Jim’s Dad was a long time member of “The Loyal Order of the Moose”, whose primary charity is Mooseheart<\/a> orphanage and school. We often went to their Friday night fish fries and attended their annual Christmas Parties, though we missed last December. Many of Jim Sr’s friends are members and we hope many of their neighbors will walk or drive the few blocks from their homes to The Moose so we can all gather for a toast and snacks in honor of Jim Senior’s life.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
