I am very sorry for the troubles you have been experiencing, I took a
\nlook at your account and I see that you were moved recently to a new
\nserver. When your webserver was changed you were assigned a new mysql
\nserver, unfortunately your databases did not get moved to this new mysql
\nserver at that time. This is likely why you have been experiencing these
\nissues with mysql, we have manually moved these databases over now for
\nyou to this new mysql server. Everything should be up and running
\ncorrectly again now. I took a look at your domains and everything looks
\ngood right now. […] I am very
\nsorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please
\nlet me know if you have any questions or if you have any troubles.<\/p>\n
