I fancy placing a bet but I’m new in these parts and wondering what the story is with ‘Quatloos’?
I was going to do like banks with real money and borrow some from someone else that doesn’t have any, but I wouldn’t want to cause a global Quatloos crash or anything.

As a teenage boy at the time the image of Shahni sort of blotted out all other details of that episode (well, most of the series actually).
And now I understand that due to the cutbacks my pension is to be paid in a combination of lottery tickets and Quatloos, so I won’t be needing to borrow any at all!
