The cut-off is set at “6/15/2010”. I still haven’t quite figured out whose time zone this is– I think the clock is local to Dreamhost, which is in California.
The bets on UAH are now pre-scheduled to appear on the 15th of each month. I’m assuming most who bet know the drill. If you don’t ask in comments.
“June UAH value that will be posted at Roy Spencer’s blog in early September”
Hi there, such a long holiday for Roy Spencer, because El Nino was too much for him? ;-).
I´d like to join your game, but unfortunatelly I don’t know what quatloos are (maybe I don’t have any and so I can’t participate). And if I had some quatlood – I still wouldn’t know what makes the difference between betting 1 oder 5 of them?
I was surprised about the low 0.53 May value. This was by far the biggest difference to channel 5 this year. So goog luck I didn’t bet for April.
Those are the deviations for Channel 5 / UAH / RSS in 2010:
January: 0.66 / 0.64 /0.64
February: 0.66 / 0.61 / 0.59
March: 0.73 / 0.66 / 0.65
April: 0.57 / 0.50 / 0.55
May: 0.65 / 0.53 / 0.59
Greetings from Mr. Heat Miser
Lucia I bet .34 so I am saying the temperature will go down by .19
Please change my submission if I was not supposed to use decimal points.
Shoosh– Just re-enter. The script will over write your first bet.
My calender still says it is the 16th. You must be hosted in the far east. My usual 5 on .361 as a side bet.
June Temps are up at Dr. Spencers blog.
